Very prompt installation and great communications. I had a post-install issue with the programming. SolarHart came the next day and resolved the procedure (slight amendment to the instructions needed). I highly recommend SolarHart and Keemin Electrical.

Very pleased with our new energy facility, which was efficiently and expediently installed by the Solahart Team. Arrived on site at 7.30am job done by lunch time, all cleaned up and inspection completed by 2pm all we had to do was reset 3 clocks.

Jason and team were very knowledgeable and professional. Detailed information was provided, allowing for easy decision making. Solahart explained the government rebates process and managed the application. Panels were installed and in use within two weeks of accepting quote.

We were very happy with the process of having our solar system installed by Solarhart Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat. The whole process including the initial inspection, paperwork, installation and operation of the solar panels and inverter was straightforward and stress free.

Very happy to have chosen Solahart. All work was done perfectly and the Heat Pump unit is a beauty, just what I needed. The operation is silent and the water heats up fast. 5 Stars all round!

Fantastic service from quote to install. Billing was also very easy. Jade in administration and everyone out on the install were great and answered any and all questions I had. Loving the new system! I will 100% use them again should the need arise.

After our solar hot water heater broke down we contacted Solahart Bacchus Marsh to come take a look, they were there the next day and gave us lots of information about options to replace it. Very professional and helpful, they had the new system in within 2 working days and its been great. Happy with our choice and the team were great. They also helped us through the forms for the Vic Gov rebates so really happy with our choice.
