Overall, the Solahart Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh team are a dream. I was disappointed that high demand for their services meant that my system installation couldn’t proceed in late 2025 as originally agreed, and then there was a delay on battery stock. However, Jason & co strived to meet my deadline. The install team’s work was impeccable. I’m sorry only that the high quality product recommended happens to be Israelian and would hope that Solahart might widen their offerings.

I now have a new heat pump hot water service. These guys fitted me in at short notice, due to an imminent holiday. They turned up when they said they would, took away my old hot water service and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent service. Workers arrived early and worked steadily for most of the day to install our hot water heat pump. Their workmanship was first class and they were able to easily integrate the new system with my existing solar panels. Communications at all stages with the office and the workers was first class. The installation of my heat pump and removal of the old gas system went very well. The installers arrived when they said they would, the work was efficiently done and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The system is working well.

Good service and prompt fault rectification when the original Inverter supplied by the manufacturer had a technical fault. Solahart were easy to work with and provided timely communication. A neat and good installation with battery and backup power interface.
