After the Solahart team installed an upgraded solar system (6.6kwh) and a heat pump hot water system for us last year, today they have installed a lovely new 13kwh integrated battery and inverter. Once again the team were exceptional, keeping us informed along the way, arriving on time, working efficiently and explaining all that was involved. After the job was complete, everything was left spick and span and the inspector arrived shortly afterwards. A great experience overall! We would definitely recommend Solahart!

the service was great except we would have appreciated more regular progress advice even if to just advise you are waiting on gov feedback then advice on the anticipated installation date. We head nothing for a couple of months, then “can we have access in the next 2 weeks.”

Overall, the Solahart Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh team are a dream. I was disappointed that high demand for their services meant that my system installation couldn’t proceed in late 2025 as originally agreed, and then there was a delay on battery stock. However, Jason & co strived to meet my deadline. The install team’s work was impeccable. I’m sorry only that the high quality product recommended happens to be Israelian and would hope that Solahart might widen their offerings.

I now have a new heat pump hot water service. These guys fitted me in at short notice, due to an imminent holiday. They turned up when they said they would, took away my old hot water service and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Jason an the guys from Solarhart were fantastic. So efficient, right on time, extremely professional, incredibly tidy and really friendly. Can’t recommend them enough. The were brilliant.

Excellent service. Workers arrived early and worked steadily for most of the day to install our hot water heat pump. Their workmanship was first class and they were able to easily integrate the new system with my existing solar panels. Communications at all stages with the office and the workers was first class. Highly recommended.

This display of knlwledge was very reassuring for me as I have had limited experience of the workings of solar energy.
